Working With Young Mothers In Villages

Young mothers are obliged to perform parental roles socially and economically prematurely.

  • We provide life skills training and parenting skills to them for life-informed decisions and life management.
  • We promote appropriate Family Planning methods among young mothers.
  • Economically vulnerable young mothers are identified and facilitated to form economic groups where they serve and lend money for their business and income-generating activities.
  • Through economic empowerment activities, they generate money for health services such as CiHIF.
  • Ensuring that basic needs—physical and psychological health, food and shelter, safety, and other needs—are met, both in the short term and long term.
  • Provide education on Nutrition, especially for their children (Brain Development).
