At COMHESWA, we believe in offering compassionate support and care for individuals living with HIV. This life-long, chronic disease often brings with it high levels of stigma, fear, and self-doubt for those affected. It also deeply impacts their partners, children, and families, who may experience grief, bewilderment, and stress. COMHESWA is dedicated to helping people living with HIV across all ages, genders, and backgrounds, focusing on psychosocial support, prevention, and comprehensive care.
Approaches and ways of working of these people under this platform include:

Enhanced Healthcare Services for Youth
COMHESWA works to increase the number of healthcare providers skilled in delivering youth-friendly services. This includes STI screening, HIV/AIDS and gender-based violence (GBV) services, all tailored to meet the needs of adolescents and young adults.
Nutritional and Preventive Health Education
